All commissions are for personal use only, in the case of commercial use, it will be discussed individually.
You CAN NOT use the commissioned artwork or any of my artwork for NFT projects or AI training.
I have full rights of my artwork and can post the commission on my social media platforms or online portfolios.
DO NOT post the commission artwork or any of my artwork on other platforms without proper credit.
Estimated waiting time is 5 - 30 business days unless discussed otherwise after the sketch has been sent for review.
Progress stages are as follows: sketch, process check-in 1, process check-in 2, final.
The final product will be sent in high quality (PNG, JPG) files through email.
The customer has the right to request an update at any time.
The customer will be notified about any delays in deadlines if any unpredictable circumstances/issues occur.
Please notify me about any specific deadlines for the commission beforehand, commissions that are to be drawn in short notice will be charged an additional %.
Depending on the complexity of the commission, such as pose preferences or specific clothing options, the final price is subject to change with prior notice.
Commissions are to be paid upfront in full, or by parts (50% before the start of the work, and 50% before the final check-in).
Customers are allowed 4 free changes to the sketch, once approved, any complex changes after the process has begun will be an extra % charge.
Full refunds are only proceeded before the start of the commission.
Refunds requested after the sketch and at the process check-in 1 will be 50%. Any further stages are not refundable (the cases will be discussed individually).
